All Intuitive Birth options are rooted in evidence-based education, respect for your autonomy, and preparation that supports both intuition and informed decision-making. Each tier includes the same foundational framework — the difference is the level of connection and personalized support you want while preparing for birth.
Teaching sessions are held live for connection and shared learning, with replays available for flexibility. You’re welcome to attend in real time or watch the replay — participation is flexible and designed to support real life.

May Cohort — Live Support Schedule:
Live group support sessions meet once weekly for 90 minutes beginning May 4 (Mondays, 7:00–8:30pm ET) over six weeks.
There will be an in-person meet up at the end of the course for NYC based families looking to practice hands-on coping techniques, andor just be in community.

Intuitive Birth is a live-taught childbirth education experience supported by recordings, resources, and optional community or 1:1 support depending on the tier you choose.
Core teaching sessions are held live, and recordings are provided for flexibility. You can attend live, watch the replay, or do a mix of both.

This program is designed to offer the benefits of live learning and connection, while still allowing flexibility for real life, energy levels, and changing schedules.

You can expect:
One 90-minute live session per week
Optional time for reflection or review between sessions
There is no homework requirement, and you won’t “fall behind” if you miss a live session.

All live teaching sessions are recorded.
If you miss a session, you can watch the replay at a time that works for you. Live attendance is encouraged for connection and discussion, but not required.

All tiers include the same foundational Intuitive Birth education.
The difference is the level of support:
Core: Education only, with recordings and resources
Community: Education plus live group support and community space
Threshold Support: Education plus personalized 1:1 support and direct guidance
You’re just choosing the level of support that feels right for you.

Threshold Support is intentionally limited to ensure spacious, thoughtful, and responsive care. Availability depends on current capacity and due dates, and this tier may close once full.

Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend live sessions or watch replays with you, but their attendance is not required.
The program is designed to support you first and foremost, while also offering tools and language that partners can engage with if they choose.

Many families join a cohort even if their due date is later. You’ll have access to the education and recordings, and you can move through the material in a way that aligns with your pregnancy timeline.

This program is evidence-based and supports collaboration with medical care providers. The focus is on informed consent, communication, and decision-making — not ideology.

I believe high-quality childbirth education should be accessible. A limited number of partial scholarships are available for each cohort based on need and current capacity.

Eligibility varies by plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed. You’ll receive a receipt after enrollment that you can submit to your provider.

Because this is a live, capacity-based program, refunds are not available once the cohort has begun.
