Birth changes us.

In a culture that often focuses on the baby while overlooking the person who gave birth, New Beginnings Circle offers space to tend to your own experience of postpartum.

Together, we make room for the joys, challenges, questions, griefs, discoveries, and transformations that emerge after birth. This is an opportunity to connect with others who understand the complexity of this season and to be reminded that you are not meant to move through it alone.

New Beginnings Circle

A soft landing for birthing parents to be in community, process birth, receive support, and be witnessed through one of life's most profound transitions.

Whether this is your first birth or you've welcomed a new baby before, you deserve a place where you can slow down, connect, and feel supported.

What You'll Find in Our Circle

  • Connection with other postpartum people

  • Honest conversations about the realities of postpartum

  • Emotional support and community care

  • Space to process the physical, emotional, relational, and identity shifts that can accompany birth

  • Practical resources and shared wisdom from experienced doulas/lactation counselors who are also parents

  • A welcoming, affirming, and non-judgmental environment

Each circle is intentionally kept intimate to foster trust, connection, and meaningful conversation.
